Bahaghari Awards 2025 – Judging
Guidelines

Welcome, esteemed judges! Thank you for lending your expertise in selecting this year’s outstanding nominees. Please read through these guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and fair judging process.

1. Accessing the Materials

• Each finalist submission includes a video and supporting documents.


• Videos are ready for viewing online only and cannot be downloaded.


• Supporting documents submitted by the nominators are available for download to provide
  context and evidence for your evaluation.

2. Categories to Judge

Judges are asked to evaluate submissions in the following four categories:

1. Company of the Year


2. Executive Ally of the Year


3. Pride Network of the Year


4. LGBTQ+ Leader of the Year

3. Scoring Submissions

• Scores must be
  entered in the boxes provided beside each video.


• Judging
  criteria for each category are placed beside the video submissions.


• Be objective,
  fair, and consistent in your scoring.

4. Navigating Categories

• After completing a category, you will automatically return to the Main Menu.


• Completed categories will turn grey to indicate that your scores have been submitted.


• Continue to review and score all categories until every category is complete.

5. Key Notes

• Take your time with each submission to ensure thorough evaluation.


• If you have technical difficulties accessing videos or documents, notify the Bahaghari Awards team immediately through communications@pfip.com.ph.


• Confidentiality  is critical: please do not share nominee information outside of the judging process.


• Your scores are final once submitted.

6. Timeline

• Ensure all categories are scored by October 10, 2025.


• Late submissions may not be considered in the final tally.
